The second half of the road to Hana is even more exiting than the first. As you approach the town of Wailua, you’ll pass some fruit stands selling homemade items and fruits. If you’re hungry for a snack, this is the place to stop.

History and also religion come into play on this road as you’re suggested to go to the Our Lady of Fatima Shrine. The followers of this quaint 1860′s chapel don’t use it anymore, however it’s in great shape.

Whatever else you do on the road to Hana, don’t lightly pass by the Ka’eleku Caverns, the Kahanu Garden or the sacred pools. This might be the opportunity to do a bit of spelunking, or to refresh your botanical knowledge, not to mention that if you bow out, you will miss a view that is provided to human eyes but once in a lifetime.

Close to the top of the mountain, almost to Hana is Wai’anapanapa State Park. The park is situated amongst an awesome black sand beach and has two caves which you can walk through. They really lead to the ocean, so be careful. I’ve heard that there’s a chance here for good snorkeling, however I’ll never find out. There are numerous signs warning would be swimmers of very large man of war, strong rip currents and sharks. Hmm, maybe I’ll sit this one out!

Hop back into the car and let’s get roaring to the peak of the trek! You may not be enormously impressed by the languorous little town, but strolling on the pier or even visiting the airport is not quite so bad either. After that fantastic road trip, the food will taste a bit more delicious than usual, won’t it? The hours, maybe even days spent in Hana are certain to be some of the most idyllic in your life.

You may, at this point, drive back down the mountain, once again relishing those attractions along the way. But, in case you and your car are made for adventure, you could continue on beyond Hana. The road though, or whatever passes for the road, is risky if you don’t know what you are doing.

There are several signs instructing drivers to honk to alert oncoming traffic, because it is only a one lane road. It is a little bit scary, though exciting at the same time and the view is unbelievable. This isolated road complete with ocean views on one side and also cow pastures only lasts for some miles, and then it is back to civilization.

Easily lost? Incredibly detailed and simple to use maps are accessible in most hotels as well as other shops or gas stations. Get one and get cracking! A dozen different, infinitely moving sceneries are out there just waiting for you.

Thinking of a summer vacation? Before you go to the beach, think of your swimwear first. Check out Swimwear Place for a huge selection ranging from one piece swimwear, swim skirts, swimdresses, tankinis, underwire swimsuits and a lot more.

Brighton is so much more than a seaside resort and those in the know will tell you that this city by the sea has a lot to offer in terms of nightlife. Less than an hour away from London, Brighton is funky and stylish and there is plenty for you to see and do both day and night.

If you want to catch a play, a music concert or some live comedy then look no further than the Brighton Dome. Housed in historic buildings associated with the famous Brighton Pavilion there is an all year round calendar of events scheduled here and depending on your time of visit you could attend an opera, a ballet, a rock music event or a family show. The Dome consists of three venues, The Concert Hall, The Pavilion Theatre and The Corn Exchange so you should not struggle to find an event you would like to attend during your visit here.

Another good venue for comedy, concerts and theatre is the Theatre Royal. The theatre has a reputation for presenting West End productions sometimes before they have been staged in London. Lots of high profile stars appear at the Theatre Royal so you could catch a comedy show or a play featuring one of your favorite television stars. The theatre also has a great reputation for family shows and live music.

Film lovers will want to visit Brightons famous Duke of Yorks Picture house Britains oldest Grade II listed cinema. The cinema specializes in art-house, foreign language and independent films as well as showing modern, old and cult classics. Whats more the auditorium at the cinema is fully licensed so you can take in a drink from the bar when watching a film. The cinema has a friendly atmosphere and comfy seats, making this the perfect place to spend an evening out.

If you fancy catching a spot of comedy, cabaret, jazz or world music then look no further than Komedia, an entertainment venue in the citys North Laine area. Not just an entertainment venue Komedia also offers food and drink at most of its seated shows. The schedule is literally jam-packed with events and you should not have any difficulty finding something to enjoy here.

For anyone who loves to party the night away in nightclubs then Brighton is the ideal destination. Renowned internationally for its vibrant club scene there are lively venues all over the city for night clubbers to enjoy. No matter what your taste in music you will have no problem finding a club to suit your tastes. Famous DJs play here all the time and clubbers flock to the city from all over the south of England – and further afield – to enjoy a night out in Brighton.

In and around the Westminster area of London you can spot some of the city’s most iconic landmarks. The Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, the River Thames and Buckingham Palace are all here and there are plenty of other tourist attractions for you to make the most of when in Westminster.

The London Eye is located on the south bank of the river Thames and stands an impressive 135 meters high. This is the world’s biggest observation wheel with 32 capsules that hold up to 25 people each. On a clear day from the very top it is possible to see views of anything up to 25 miles in every direction. You can spot lots of famous London landmarks from the top and during your ascent, including Big Ben, Windsor Castle and St Paul’s Cathedral to name just a few.

Another place worth a visit in the Westminster area is The London Aquarium. Here you will find 3000 different types of aquatic and marine life housed in huge tanks. The impressive stingrays and sharks amaze children and adults alike, and shark-feeding time is a popular daily event. The aquarium covers 3 floors and daily talks about the sea creatures are given during the day.

The Florence Nightingale Museum is housed in a building that was originally a part of the St Thomas Hospital that the famous Lady of the Lamp founded in 1860. This is a fascinating museum dedicated to the nurse and you will find out all kinds of things you never knew. There are many unique and original artifacts here including the famous Turkish lamp that Nightingale used during the Crimean War.

The iconic Westminster Abbey has been the venue for every coronation in England since 1066 and is a definite must see when in London. The historic building as seen today was completed sometime around 1245 and several styles of architecture can be noted in the design. There is a stunning, ornate organ in the Abbey that has been there since 1937 and this is used to accompany the famous Abbey choir. The nave is the resting place of Charles Darwin and Sir Isaac Newton with the Poets Corner holding the graves of Charles Dickens, Geoffrey Chaucer and Rudyard Kipling.

Also in Westminster is the Tate Britain Gallery, which is home to British works of art from 1500 to the modern day. Admission to the gallery is free except for some of the featured exhibitions. Works of art from past artists like Blake and Hogarth to twentieth century artists such as Hockney and Bacon can be found at this fascinating art gallery.

Also in the area is St James Park, a beautiful park that is popular with those who enjoy green scenery and tranquil views. The lake here is home to a number of geese, black swans, ducks and even pelicans. There is a good children’s play area and also a café for refreshments.

Bulgaria is an increasingly popular destination with tourists, partly because it has become much easier to go there since it joined the European Union in 2007. There are, however, many more reasons to go than that. For example, there are some simply sensational spa resorts along the Black Sea coast, where you can experience curative sea water and mud treatments. There are also lots of thermal mineral water springs, electro and light treatments to be experienced, as well as beaches in Varna.

Bulgaria is also home to some great skiing, particularly in the south west part of the country. There has recently been massive investment in many of the ski resorts, which is making them increasingly popular with international tourists. Bansko, the largest ski resort, has great snow coverage from December to May and has benefited from lots of investment in new hotels. Overall, Bulgaria has a great reputation for skiing weather and has a fantastic choice of resorts and ski runs.

Bulgaria is also renowned for being a cheap place to visit, making it ideal for tourists on a budget. It has only recently become known to most people although the people of Eastern Europe have been going there for years. As the tourism industry is still quite small, this means that you can get some great deals on price all year round, making it an ideal destination if you’re on a budget. The government also has a comprehensive growth plan to improve the tourism industry.

If you’re a fan of culture then there’s also a lot to see in Bulgaria, which is another reason it’s increasingly popular. For example, seaside towns such as Sozopol are increasingly geared towards tourists. Here, you can find 1000s of years’ worth of history and explore many secret passages interlinking the houses. There are also over 5000 villages in Bulgaria and many of the villages in the countryside are still as they were over 100 years ago, untouched by Western culture, making them great to visit.

There is also some great culture to be experienced in the capital city of Sofia, which is also very attractive to international tourists. Sofia is in western Bulgaria and is near the weekend resort of Vitosha Mountain, another attraction. There are lots of things to see from the Sofia Zoological Garden to the royal palace and the town walls which are 1000s of years old. You can also visit excavated prehistoric settlements and Boyana Church, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

London is one of the hottest hotel breaks destinations on the planet and each year hundreds of thousands of holidaymakers visit the British capital city. The city of London has many years of history and culture, beautiful historical buildings and of course lots of fascinating attractions, even the queen lives there.

One of the hardest things to discover in London is a good quality hotel at a low-cost price. If you want to be in the heart of all the action then you would usually have to pay a lot more for than you would if you were staying 5 kilometres away. The secret is to try and find a property that hits the correct balance between the price and position.

There are many costly four and five star hotels throughout the center of London that may cost you a lot of money unless you shop around and take a few simple measures.

First thing to do is to make sure that your visit does not take place in the middle of any large events in London as the lowe cost hotels will in all likelihood be reserved for these dates well beforehand. So avoid any dates where there is a massive pop band on at wembley stadium or any other large event. A quick check on the official London council web site will give you a list of monthly events.

It could be that you are travelling to London for a major event and are having problems acquiring lodgings at any hotel. There is a possible solution by utilising the internet site Hotel Breaks as they have extra rooms to sell by umpteen of the London hotels. Even when the hotel itself is full Hotel Breaks may still have availability.

If you have any friends or relatives in or near London as it could be a good idea to ask if they have any localized knowledge of a good quality hotel that you could stay at. The essential thing is to look around and make sure you get ladgings that are not along way away. You do not want to be spending your holiday time and cash travelling to where you genuinely wanted to be in the first place
