<p>Croatia is largely intact with more than  a thousand   Croatian islands and is consequently home to a  wide varierty of  wildlife. National parks protect  the  untouched   trails for those wanting to take adventurous  strolls  .</p>
<p> Croatia can be reached  by driving   very easily and fast due to  newly built highways . Those  who  pick  to take planes  there are seven airports in major cities.</p>
<p> Even in the  off   season it is worth visiting as temperatures  in Croatia are also very summery and the prices are  cheap   at his time. <p> Brijuni islands consist of a group of two larger  and twelve smaller islands on&nbsp; the west coast of Istria. The national park stretches on an area of 36 km2. The park has a beautiful landscape along with a safari park and it is famous for its Mediterranean flora. It also has a valuable cultural heritage dating back to the Roman and Byzantine area.</p>
<p> One of top cities of Croatia is Split and its most renowned attractions is Diocletian&#8217;s Palace. The palace became the part of the World Heritage Site. Emperor Diocletian was Dalmatia&#8217;s most outstanding contributor to the Roman empire. After retiring near Split  he decided  to built this monumental  fortified palace which he began  to built in 295 and it took 10 years to finish the construction .</p>
<p> Not far from Split lies the ancient city of Trogir. It is also a world heritage site with its a maze of cobblestone streets. Its rich culture was created under  Greek, Roman, Venetian influence  . The old town lies on an island between the mainland and the island of Ciovo which bridges connect to each other. The crooked streets hide  many  restaurants and  coffee shops  , shops and shuttered residences and outside the city walls is a waterfront promenade lined with yachts  and dominated by a medieval fortress  which was once connected   to the city walls. The wider  area  of Trogir are characterized by lavish green areas, numerous&nbsp; islands and islets, rocky and pebble beaches.</p>
<p> Krka National Park is one of the Croatian national parks  which got its name from   the river Krka. The city is located in Dalmatia just a few kilometers  northeast of &Scaron;ibenik. There are several  places of interest inside the park: Skradinski Buk is one of the most  visited  parts of the park with&nbsp; various footpaths, sightseeing tours and boat trips. The second most popular attraction of the Krka National Park is Ro&scaron;ki Slap. Its peaks and falls can be  viewed  all year around  . Franciscans founded  the&nbsp; Roman Catholic Visovac Monastery in 1445 which lies on the island of Visovac inside the park. The island itself can be visited by a boat tour from Skradinski Buk. The Krka monastery is  the center of the Orthodox Dalmatian Eparchy and it is a spiritual center of the Orthodox Dalmatian Eparchy. The monastery was first  written about   in the year 1402 and was rebuilt until the late 1800s. There are also several archeological remains dating back to the Roman times such places as Ä&#338;uÄevo, NeÄven, BogoÄin, KljuÄica and Burnum.</p>
<p> The Plitvice Lakes National Park is probably Croatia&#8217;s most popular tourist  sight  . It is embraced by three mountains which are part of the Dinaric Alps.  Natural dams separate the lakes   and all the 16 of them are renowned  for their distinctive colours. The forests in the playground are the habitat of bears, wolves and quite a few uncommon bird species</p>
