In and around the Westminster area of London you can spot some of the city’s most iconic landmarks. The Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, the River Thames and Buckingham Palace are all here and there are plenty of other tourist attractions for you to make the most of when in Westminster.

The London Eye is located on the south bank of the river Thames and stands an impressive 135 meters high. This is the world’s biggest observation wheel with 32 capsules that hold up to 25 people each. On a clear day from the very top it is possible to see views of anything up to 25 miles in every direction. You can spot lots of famous London landmarks from the top and during your ascent, including Big Ben, Windsor Castle and St Paul’s Cathedral to name just a few.

Another place worth a visit in the Westminster area is The London Aquarium. Here you will find 3000 different types of aquatic and marine life housed in huge tanks. The impressive stingrays and sharks amaze children and adults alike, and shark-feeding time is a popular daily event. The aquarium covers 3 floors and daily talks about the sea creatures are given during the day.

The Florence Nightingale Museum is housed in a building that was originally a part of the St Thomas Hospital that the famous Lady of the Lamp founded in 1860. This is a fascinating museum dedicated to the nurse and you will find out all kinds of things you never knew. There are many unique and original artifacts here including the famous Turkish lamp that Nightingale used during the Crimean War.

The iconic Westminster Abbey has been the venue for every coronation in England since 1066 and is a definite must see when in London. The historic building as seen today was completed sometime around 1245 and several styles of architecture can be noted in the design. There is a stunning, ornate organ in the Abbey that has been there since 1937 and this is used to accompany the famous Abbey choir. The nave is the resting place of Charles Darwin and Sir Isaac Newton with the Poets Corner holding the graves of Charles Dickens, Geoffrey Chaucer and Rudyard Kipling.

Also in Westminster is the Tate Britain Gallery, which is home to British works of art from 1500 to the modern day. Admission to the gallery is free except for some of the featured exhibitions. Works of art from past artists like Blake and Hogarth to twentieth century artists such as Hockney and Bacon can be found at this fascinating art gallery.

Also in the area is St James Park, a beautiful park that is popular with those who enjoy green scenery and tranquil views. The lake here is home to a number of geese, black swans, ducks and even pelicans. There is a good children’s play area and also a café for refreshments.

Have you ever heard of golfing when traveling? If you answered ‘no’ then you are missing out on something spectacular. The golfing world has something more to offer than your regional clubs. Visit a few of the most difficult courses in the world, that is if you are searching for a challenge. Check out Alice Springs in Australia, Cypress Point in California, Cape Kidnappers in New Zealand, the Doral Blue Monster in Florida, or to Dubai Country Club.

You may also visit The Old Course of St Andrews in Scotland if what you wish to experience golf history. It is the world’s oldest course and is, to put it mildly, rather interesting.

The choice is yours in golfing when traveling.. This gives you the opportunity to join in in some of the most amazing courses in the world and in addition meet new people.

Golf is an activity that could be loved by people of all ages. Kid or kid at heart, you will positively take pleasure in playing a round of golf. Both men and women benefit from the sport. Hardly any person could deny the adrenaline rush of striking the ball on its right spot and seeing it land favorably on the green. It is actually a exceptionally first-rate feeling to do so and this feeling will drive people to play the game persistently.

It could also be awfully relaxing to take part in golf. Although, this relaxed nature can normally only be a pretense. Under that runs a strong trace of competitiveness, which urges people. It makes people to make themselves better at the game they’re playing.

You could also go and get help from instructional guides like How to Beat 80 and Shoot like the Pros. A product such as Pure Point Golf Swing Book is moreover a good handbook to follow. Before picking one product though, you have to in the beginning be sure that you read reviews. A great example of critiques is The Simple Golf Swing Product Review.

Play in different golf courses and learn new techniques to help you progress your golf game.

There are plenty of dangerous places in the world you may come across take east London for example or Mexico City! If you act on you’re common sense its doubtful you’ll ever put yourself in immediate danger, I’ve been on Mexico holidays multiple times alreayd and i’ve never come across and spot of bother and Mexico supposedly has the worlds biggest crime rate.

One country which has just exploded into the media spot light which people have instantly labelled “dangerous” is Mauritius, I’m not saying it’s the safest country but if you keep your wits about you it’s no more dangerous than the US or even the ultra sensible country which is France.

Few facts about Mauritius

100,000 British tourist visit Mauritius every year

little or no terrorist groups

you should have travel insurance on you’re visit this applies to any country you travel to

Petty crime is problem in large city’s

roughly 1.7% of the homeland people are infect in with HIV

These aren’t vast problems compared to other countrIes I don’t see why the worlds freaking out because a unacquainted Celtic woman was murdered in her hotel at the world noted legends resort hotel and the subvert staff who committed the unlawful crime have been caught and will face what’s in store for them.

Avoid becoming a victim of crime by:

Journey alone particularly at night and even more so if you’re female

Separating yourself from your belongings

If you’re drinking in the towns or cities make sure you have enough money for a taxi back to the resort (make sure cab is licensed)

Keep you’re wallet where you know it is, maybe a deep tight fitting pocket or in a bum bag

Traveller’s checks are far more sensible, then carry small change for bits and pieces.

Don’t wave large amounts of money or your flashy new camera around in public

So if you’ve got far east holidays or Indian oceans Holidays up and coming which are in these close proximal country’s which share the same cultures and soceities which are apparently “dangerous” then don’t feel paranoid and doomed that you’re going to die if you go on you’re holiday, just relax and enjoy but don’t be silly and drop your witty thinking.
